Jim joined as VikingCloud CEO in 2023. He is now an Executive Director and Strategic Advisor to the company. Jim is a seasoned global executive, having previously led multiple technology-enabled services businesses as CEO, including Advanced Discovery, an international eDiscovery and risk management firm, acquired by Consilio in 2018. Jim has also held senior leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies, including President, Dun & Bradstreet. He also proudly served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Mark joined VikingCloud as President and COO in 2023 and was named CEO in September 2025. Previously, he was President of Global Operations at Advanced Discovery, an international e-Discovery and risk management firm acquired by Consilio in 2018; Chief Client Officer at vRad, the world’s largest telemedicine company; COO at Global Compliance, a leading ethics and compliance services firm; and Senior Vice President at Dun & Bradstreet. Additionally, Mark has held various strategy, finance, and marketing positions in public, private, and global companies.

Yaacova is VikingCloud's Chief Revenue Officer and an expert in building and scaling revenue organizations in the cybersecurity industry. She brings more than 25 years of cybersecurity sales and services experience to the role, with a track record of driving growth across Managed Detection & Response, Advisory and Consulting, and complex enterprise sales. Prior to VikingCloud, Yaacova served as US Vice President and General Manager at Kudelski Security, where she held full P&L responsibility and led all US business functions and go-to-market strategy. Her career spans senior sales leadership positions at DXC Technology, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, and SecureWorks, giving her rare perspective across both security technology and managed security services. Yaacova holds a degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine and is based in Atlanta, GA.

Nevan Cahill serves as VikingCloud’s General Counsel and joined the company in 2015. Nevan has 16+ years of experience in the technology sector and previously held positions at Ericsson, Fidelity Investments, and William Fry, a leading corporate law firm based in Ireland.

Lisa joined VikingCloud (then Sysnet Global solutions) in July 2018 as HR Director. Lisa is responsible for driving HR Strategy & Operations for VikingCloud across all regions. She has 20 years of national and international experience, working in various Global HR roles based from Ireland, China, Australia, and The USA. Lisa has a master’s degree from University College Dublin Smurfit School of Business.

Rick joined VikingCloud as CTO in 2023. Previously, Rick was CTO at Advanced Discovery; Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Modus eDiscovery; and Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Vantric LLC. Rick is an accomplished executive, strategic planner, and visionary leader with 17+ years of domestic and international business experience with a strong background in technology, operations, and financial oversight.

Paul joined VikingCloud as CFO in 2023. Prior to joining VikingCloud, Paul served as CFO for private equity portfolio companies in multiple industries, including manufacturing, trucking, and pharmaceuticals. He previously held positions at several General Electric Companies, including GE Capital, GE Aircraft Engines, and General Electric Corporate as Business Development Manager for Corporate mergers and acquisitions where he oversaw the sale of $16 billion of GE assets. Paul also proudly served as a member of the U.S. Air Force and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Gabe Moynagh has extensive domain experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management. From 2009 to 2021, he served as the CEO of Sysnet Global Solutions, a company recognized for its expertise in cybersecurity solutions. Under his leadership, Sysnet broadened its collaborations, working with businesses in over 60 countries. The years 2020 and 2021 saw Sysnet’s acquisitions of ControlScan, NuArx, SecureTrust, and VikingCloud — significant growth milestones that led to the company’s rebranding as VikingCloud in 2021. This move was geared towards providing enhanced cybersecurity solutions to their clientele. Gabe has been serving as an advisor to VikingCloud’s CEO and board of directors since 2023 and has now joined as a full-time member of the global executive team.

Kevin is VikingCloud’s President and Chief Operating Officer and has been with VikingCloud since 2016. Prior to this role, Kevin was VikingCloud's Chief Product Officer leading product development, service delivery, consulting, and managed security testing teams as they leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence to deliver next-generation cybersecurity. During his nearly 30 years in the technology space, Kevin designed and built highly scalable cloud systems for secure data exchange, supply chain optimization, and cybersecurity in multiple industries. He also co-founded two technology companies that each grew to hundred-million-dollar valuations prior to exit.'

David joined VikingCloud as CMO in 2023. Previously he was CMO at Advanced Discovery, an international eDiscovery and risk management firm, acquired by Consilio in 2018; Chief Solutions Officer at vRad, the world’s largest telemedicine company; and CMO at Global Compliance, a leading ethics and compliance services firm. David brings 20+ years of marketing leadership experience in public and private companies. David is also on the Board of Governors of The Lauder Institute and at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
